The average percentage of students meeting or exceeding standards in reading, math, writing and science at the seven Inspiration Award-winning

- Classroom technology, including Smart Boards, Promethean Boards, Whiteboard Responders
- Professional development (seminars, conferences, speakers, educational materials) on topics such as differentiated instruction, positive behavioral supports, scheduling and more
- Computer software for remedial and enrichment activities
- Staffing after-school homework assistance programs/clubs
- Peer assistance programs, including training in friendship and resolution strategies, incentives to ensure inclusion in recess, lunch, school activities
- Academic tutoring programs, before and after school
- Family Nights for parents and other adults to receive training and strategies to use at home to help ensure academic success
- Substitute teacher pay, to support increased collaboration and common planning time between general and special education teachers, including ESL teachers, as well as off-campus collaboration between schools
